For over 50 years, we have designed and constructed office parks, malls, shopping centers, and office towers, providing engineering solutions for commercial spaces to building owners, property managers, and tenants.  Our services range from property conditions assessments, renovations, and upgrades, to tenant fit-outs, and ground up new construction.

In many commercial facilities, the need for sustainability and resiliency are important factors.  We have more than 40 LEED-accredited professionals who are focused on sustainable design practices. Energy efficiency, energy recovery, water reuse, and minimization of resources are incorporated into all designs. Many of our projects are designed to meet or exceed the criteria for LEED certification and EPA Energy Star designation in addition to ASHRAE 189.1 compliance requirements.
