Second Avenue Subway

Billions and billions are being spent in the Big Apple, more than $7.2 billion for East Side Access (ESA) and $4.4 billion for the initial phase of the Second Avenue Subway (SAS). These massive efforts are two of the largest public works projects ever built. The SAS is the first new subway in New York City in more than 50 years.

Buy America

Our Program Management Oversight team determines if your project is complying with standards set forth by the Federal Transit Authority (FTA)’s Buy America requirements.  We verify that the steel, iron, and manufactured goods used in your project are produced in the United States and comply with FTA guidelines.
