Urban is pleased to announce that Danielle Eisenstock earned the Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) certification from the Association for Talent Development. She currently serves as the training and development specialist for the firm’s Urban Training Institute.

“This important milestone shows that Danielle is an outstanding professional who knows how to effectively practice in the areas of instructional design, training delivery, and learning technologies,” said Carol Martsolf, PE, PMP, LEED AP, Urban’s director of training. “The Urban Training Institute will be the recipient of her excellent knowledge as we move ahead with even greater educational and learning programs.”

A graduate of Ursinus College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, Ms. Eisenstock’s knowledge of human behavior and advanced critical thinking skills help organize the courses and the classroom to fit the learners’ needs. Working closely with the director of the Urban Training Institute, she helps create learning experiences for Urban employees and clients to enhance their professional development and continuing education.

The standards for APTD certification are very high, and Ms. Eisenstock is now a part of an elite group of professionals who have this credential. The competencies included in the certification are the basics of talent development that professionals can use every day. This credential is for practitioners in training and development who have three to five years of experience.
