Urban Engineers is excited to share that Justin Gibbons, PE, has been promoted to the role of Office Manager at Urban's Erie location. Justin is a client-focused manager with experience in transportation construction-related projects. His project management skillset aligns with the technical demands of the job, making him the perfect fit for the position.

"I am thankful for the team we have in Erie and across Urban as a whole. Right here in northwestern Pennsylvania, we provide transportation and commercial construction services, geotechnical, structural, traffic and highway engineering, and land development/site civil engineering, and we serve as the engineer for several municipalities. Our office is full of long-tenured and passionate engineers, technicians, inspectors, and administrators involved in building quality projects that our communities and families will enjoy for many years to come."

Justin has been continually involved in transportation projects throughout PennDOT District 1-0 since working as an intern in college. He is currently assisting the Department with construction management services for the Bayfront Parkway Improvement project, the largest in recent history. Justin serves as the chair of ACEC/PA's Construction Services Committee and is also on the board of ASHE Franklin.
