Urban is proud to recognize the service and contributions of retiring external board member Hank Harris. Mr. Harris, the former chairman and CEO of FMI, began his service as a board member in 2014.

“Hank provided top-level insight and support during his tenure on our board of directors and has helped guide Urban toward a stronger future,” said Kenneth R. Fulmer, PE, Urban’s president and CEO. “His background with engineering, construction, real estate, and development organizations gives him a unique perspective that was invaluable. Our firm is extremely thankful for his service and is appreciative of his contributions to Urban’s legacy.”

Mr. Harris is currently the president of Claybrook LLC. As the chairman of FMI, an organization he worked at for more than 30 years, Mr. Harris was responsible for the management and governance of the firm’s board of directors. After being the CEO of FMI for the maximum number of years in the firm’s bylaws, Mr. Harris assumed the executive chair role. He now consults for firms in matters of organization, strategic planning, and the execution of strategic plans through mergers and acquisitions.
