Urban Engineers is pleased to welcome Theodore Nezames, PE, as Senior Program Manager at its Hartford, Connecticut, office. With a distinguished career in engineering and project management, Theodore will play a key role in overseeing project management and contributing to the firm’s continued success.
With a career spanning over 40 years, Theodore has an extensive transportation and facilities engineering background, with 27 years of service at the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT). At CTDOT, Theodore held various roles, including Design Engineer, Supervisor, Project Manager, Principal Engineer of Facilities Design, Division Chief of Bridges, and ultimately Engineering Administrator.
Theodore is a Professional Engineer (PE) in Connecticut and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in Structures from Rice University.
By hiring Theodore, Urban is strengthening its technical expertise in Connecticut, allowing the firm to offer enhanced transportation engineering services to our valued clients. Additionally, Theodore will contribute to the growth of Urban's surface transportation market in the region.
